One of the best local coffee spots in Kennewick! The baristas have genuine conversations with their customers and the owners are definitely passionate about their work. And while I'm a tried and true coffee drinker, Koala Café may have made a matcha drinker out of me 🫶🏻

Koala Cafe is such a great spot. The coffee is consistently excellent, the food is fresh and tasty, and the vibe is cozy and welcoming. Staff is always friendly and makes the experience even better. Perfect place to meet a friend or hang out for a bit—highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is always incredible, and the drinks are even better. Their subscription is such a great deal — it makes each drink only $1 or $2 per day depending on the plan you choose, which is amazing if you come regularly. It’s definitely worth it and makes treating yourself every day feel affordable!

10/10 would always recommend Koala cafe for a place to stop in for a drink. They make excellent matchas and sparkling lemonades. The drive-thru is definitely a bonus for extra convenience in a rush, and the staff is wonderful! I appreciate how friendly each one of my experiences has felt at both locations.

I have enjoyed having a Koala Cafe location in Kennewick, especially with a drive thru. Their monthly membership is a great deal and lets me enjoy a daily beverage without breaking the bank. Staff members have been friendly. Clean, warm environment. I appreciate that they have a kid’s table.

Best cafe in Kennewick! Lovely atmosphere and amazing coffee/drinks. Lots of knick knacks to buy and there is a kids table/area!
